Jane Horan, Ed.D, author, speaker and authority in cross-cultural leadership, unconscious bias and workplace politics. She consults to Fortune 100 firms on developing inclusive and engaged organisations. Jane holds an Educational Doctorate from Bristol University, focusing on Asian Women Leaders, and has published articles on Unconscious Bias, Transformational Women Leaders, Action Learning and the Power of Positive Workplace Politics. Her expertise is on building “the how” of inclusion, through diversity, gender balance and multiculturalism.
Jane has over 20 years experience working with multinational organisations, was formerly the head of Organisational Development with Kraft Foods, The Walt Disney Company and CNBC in Asia Pacific. During her tenure with Disney, she designed and implemented business driven action learning programs, driving innovation and entrepreneurship across diverse business segments.
As an executive coach, Jane works with high potential talent to increase their organisational and leadership impact. She has facilitated executive development programs with the National University of Singapore, Hong Kong University and the Institute of Business Management in Vietnam. Jane currently serves on the Conference Board’s Diversity and Inclusion Forum, is a board member of the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisation, and a Governor with the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
